Our Fee Structure
We offer two flexible service options to suit the level of involvement you prefer:
Full Management – 20% + VAT
Ideal for owners seeking a hands-off approach, covering every aspect of your holiday let. From guest communication and dynamic pricing to housekeeping, financials, and maintenance—we handle it all. You can rely on us to deliver a seamless, stress-free experience while maximising your property's potential.
Bookings Only – 18% + VAT
Perfect for those who wish to stay more involved in on-the-ground operations. With this option, we manage the core services including dynamic pricing, guest communication, and technology integration. You retain control of tasks like compliance, property checks, and day-to-day maintenance.
